Meet Chrissy Stacey!

My good friend Chrissy has just launched a website. Do take a look at www.thehorseloader.co.uk and watch the video and slide show where Chrissy helps owners learn how to load their horses, even the awkward ones. Loading is always a tricky situation when a horse says no thanks!!

I first met Chrissy at a Sports Horse Conference in Cambridge and we discovered that we were near neighbours in Northamptonshire. We have been in touch ever since, Chrissy is a true friend and a genuine horse lover.

Meet Coral and Zante

"Hi Alison

Your horses look lovely, I can't wait to meet them. Like you've said in your profile when you were riding Anjuli, you couldn't stop smiling, that was me on Saturday with Zante. Thank you so much!!"

Tilbrook are Top!

The Tilbrook study group came top in the BHS Horse Owner's Certificate Level one exam recently with all members of the group achieving over 95%. Well Done team Tilbrook!

The Bury Farm Team are also consistently high performers and this group will begin Level Two study shortly.

More Horse Owner groups are studying at Manor Farm and RB Equestrian. The groups are a fun and interactive way to learn more about horsemastership and to take BHS exams.

Zoe is a Winner with Equine Affairs

I worked with Equine Affairs Competition Winner Zoe at Towerlands to design a freestyle routine for her and the lovely Dandy.
Zoe commented,
"Hi just thought I'd write you a quick email to say thank you so much for my prize of some training/set up with Alison from Freestyle Dressage. We went to Towerlands yesterday to create an advanced medium floorplan with Dandy and it was really good - and I'm very excited to see the video set to music and coming closer to actually having a test that I could go out and have a go with - brilliant..........Alison was friendly, professional and very helpful and encouraging - Dandy was a bit cheeky towards the end - and maybe didn't show his best work on tape - well definitely didn't ! but was strangely happy to pose for a photo with the equine affairs sign and Alison didn't seem too put off by his antics :)
Thanks again" Zoe Garner-Glowski

Welcome to Strictly Horse Sense

I have created Strictly Horse Sense to compliment the Solitaire Dressage blog. This is for Solitaire Clients and is a celebration of their achievements and the fun they are having with their horses!

I will feature the Horse Owner's Certificate Study Groups alongside sharing the results of my clients who are competing and report back on clinics I have given and attended too.

I hope that you will enjoy this blog and share stories about your own horses too.
